High-Pressure Die Casting (HPDC) is an advanced metal casting process where molten metal is injected into a steel mold, called a die, under high pressure and at high speed. This process is widely used for producing complex, high-volume, and precise metal components, especially from aluminum, magnesium, and zinc alloys.

1. Die Preparation: The steel mold (die) is cleaned, lubricated, and clamped securely.

3. Solidification: The metal cools and solidifies inside the die.
4. Ejection: The solidified casting is ejected from the die.
5. Trimming and Finishing: Excess material (e.g., flash) is removed, and additional surface treatments may be applied.
